BLACK FRIDAY SALE FAQ

WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE START AND END?

Hunt & Company’s Black Friday sale will start on Monday, November 15th, at 10AM PST. We will end the sale on Saturday, November 27th, 10AM PST. The website will be closed and we will re-open it for our December drop on December 1st! 

WHICH ITEMS WILL BE ON SALE?

Almost everything on the website is discounted. Everything except for our most recent collection, aka The Valvoline x Hunt & Co Collab, will be on sale! 

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

No! We will not be restocking any of these styles. Once the item is out of stock, it’s gone for good. But don’t worry, we’re always working on creating new styles and designs!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED DURING THIS BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

No. As stated in every item’s product description, our announcement bar at the top of our website, our return policy, and your order’s email confirmation, anything that is at a discounted price is final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please ensure you select the exact style, color, and size you want to avoid any inconveniences. 

I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colors, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the Black Friday sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee a cancellation, but you may email us (info@thehuntandcompany.com) if you accidentally placed an order. We will try our best to cancel your order, but if it has already been processed, we cannot cancel your order. 

I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately. 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I'VE ORDERED FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 10 additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.

FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
