HUNT AND COMPANY COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the extra precautions we are taking around COVID-19, we respectfully ask our customers to please expect a small delay in the shipment. We are working with very limited staff to get all orders fulfilled as soon as possible. Additionally, we want to inform all our customers that we are taking all necessary precautions to create a safe and clean work environment at our fulfillment center that remains open.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Final sale products are not eligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be returned. Returns may not be possible in all cases.
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to temporarily modify our return policy. Returned item(s) must be unopened, in new condition, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in the conditions previously stated, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions.This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

IMPACTS ON DOMESTIC SHIPPING

As far as we, at Hunt and Company are aware, domestic orders will continue to be shipped out by the carrier, with little to no impact. Aside from a possible slight delay or 3-5 business days. For more information, please visit USPS.com.

IMPACTS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Updates from our carrier partner (USPS) pertaining to COVID-19 are changing daily. Please note that USPS has placed some shipping restrictions.
If an international order is placed, in a disrupted zones, Hunt and Company is not responsible for providing you updates on the potentially long delay.
By placing an order that will be sent to one of the disrupted zones, you are acknowledging that your wait time will be longer than the typical international delivery times. Hunt and Company does not know when these restrictions will be listed and will be unable to provide you with additional shipping updates. Other important effects could include: surcharges/additional fees, changes to signature requirements, and/or updates to carrier guarantees. 
Additionally, due to the widespread transportation cancellations and restrictions, there are some shipping restrictions to the following countries.

FREE FACE MASKS

On April 17th, 2020 10am PST, every order placed will include one free face mask for our customer's protection (while supplies last). These face masks are NOT surgical grade masks, but these masks provide some protection and support to those outside the medical community. We are aiming to help prevent people from touching their faces, and provide a visual reminder to practice social distancing.
