HUNT AND COMPANY COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the extra precautions we are taking around COVID-19, we respectfully ask our customers to please expect a small delay in the shipment. We are working with very limited staff to get all orders fulfilled as soon as possible. Additionally, we want to inform all our customers that we are taking all necessary precautions to create a safe and clean work environment at our fulfillment center that remains open.
During new collection launches and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order (due to the high volume of orders we receive during those times).
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Final sale products are not eligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be returned. Returns may not be possible in all cases.
Returned item(s) must be in original/new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in the conditions previously stated, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

IMPACTS ON DOMESTIC SHIPPING
As far as we, at Hunt and Company are aware, domestic orders will continue to be shipped out by the carrier, with little to no impact. Aside from a possible slight delay or 3-5 business days. For more information, please visit USPS.com
IMPACTS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Updates from our carrier partner (USPS) pertaining to COVID-19 are changing daily. Please note that USPS has placed some shipping restrictions.
If an international order is placed, in a disrupted zones, Hunt and Company is not responsible for providing you updates on the potentially long delay.
By placing an order that will be sent to one of the disrupted zones, you are acknowledging that your wait time will be longer than the typical international delivery times.

Additionally, due to the widespread transportation cancellations and restrictions, there are some shipping restrictions to the following countries.

On very rare cases that an international order has not been updated within ninety days or more from the date the order was placed, please contact us and we will refund you on behalf of USPS.

AS OF JUNE 3, 2020: Hunt and Company was informed by Global Post, an international shipping partner of USPS, that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postal organizations in many countries are no longer able to accept shipments. They did not provide us any further information on which countries have stopped receiving packages. The shipping software that Hunt and Company does not notify us what countries are not accepting packages. We urge our international customers, before placing an order, to research if your country is one of the affected countries. If a customer places an international order that is not accepting international orders, Hunt and Company is not responsible for knowing any additional information regarding the whereabouts of your package, aside from the tracking link.
