Shipping Policy


We ship from San Diego, CA. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country). During giveaways, new collection launches and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order (due to the high volume of orders we receive during those times).

Hunt and Company is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Hunt and Company is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.


Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.


'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. Any order containing a pre-order item will ship 4-5 weeks, or sooner, from the date the order was placed, along with the items that were not pre-order items. Pre-order items are FINAL SALE. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via email.


Since your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you. We eliminate the taxes & duties guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.


If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Hunt and Company, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package

Hunt and Company and USPS are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a refund (not including shipping charges nor handling charges). We will not re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website. If you notice your package is being returned to us, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to re-ship the package to a sufficient address (customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees).

If you suspect your order can't be delivered as addressed, and you haven't received confirmation of its return or refund four weeks after from the estimated delivery date, contact us.
